Find our North Gate

From I-64
Take exit 137 off the interstate and then proceed west on KY-32 (Flemingsburg Road). In about 12.8 miles, you will pass abandoned gas station on the left and just beyond it begin to ascend a gentle but long incline. Near the bottom of the following descent, approximately 13.3 miles from the interstate, turn right onto Farris Branch Road. Follow Farris Branch beyond the transition from pavement to gravel, into the forest, and up the steep hill (visible on the terrain map above). As soon as you emerge from the forest at the top of the hill, some 1.1 miles from the turn off KY-32, take the next right, a sharp one, onto a dirt road. This is the entrance to the farm, and you will pass between two low concrete pillars just a few yards from the turn. You will see two low concrete pillars just a few yards from the turn – they are our North Gate.
From the AA Highway
Take KY-11 south towards Flemingsburg. In about 14 miles, within the town of Flemingsburg, continue straight on the same road as it becomes KY-32 E (Water St.). Do not make the right turn that is required to stay on KY-11. In another 2.4 miles, turn left to stay on KY-32 E. About 7.4 miles later, hang another left onto Farris Branch Road (a small road). Follow Farris Branch beyond the transition from pavement to gravel, into the forest, and up the steep hill (visible on the terrain map above). As soon as you emerge from the forest at the top of the hill, some 1.1 miles from the turn off KY-32, take the next right, a sharp one, onto a dirt road. You will see two low concrete pillars just a few yards from the turn – they are our North Gate.

From I-64 or the AA Highway
Follow the directions above to the North Gate. From the concrete pillars, continue along the dirt road. In a mile another road will split off to the left. Stay on the same road, and just a few dozen yards beyond the split you will see our Log Cabin set back in the woods.
