We have been hand-making wreaths at Hutton-Loyd with greenery from our own trees since the farm opened for its first Christmas season in 1986, so we have had a long time to get good at it. Customers can browse our selection of ready-made wreaths at the Christmas Center when visiting the farm, or can place special orders to meet a specific taste (in person, over the phone, or by email).
Dimensions
We measure our wreaths by the diameter of the metal ring that serves as their skeleton, for the reason that this does not vary from wreath to wreath. Since each is handmade, each will be slightly different, but typically, unless otherwise requested, a wreath will have a diameter from 8” to 10” larger than its ring.

Life
When used out of doors, most greenery products will last about 4-6 weeks before losing their color.

Note that we generally have only enough wreaths pre-made as we have space to display them (around two dozen). As a result, for most large or special-greenery orders we will have to make the requested wreaths upon request. Although we strive to fill orders on the same day whenever possible, during busy periods we may require several days. Call for details.
Fire Caution
Kept inside, greenery products will be almost completely dry in about a week and very flammable. Therefore, it is very important that you exercise caution in the placement of these products. Avoid hanging greenery items above stoves, fireplaces, or other sources of intense heat in your home.
